May i know what are the documents that they've asked from u?

For one he was asked to fill up his own IMM 0008 form and a whole lot of other forms. It really depends which overseas visa office is requesting the additional docs/forms as I believe they have their respective protocol.

I have a friend who have the same timeline as min and she got her approval last thursday already (march 24)

husband and 2 kids (minors)

They are in the Philippines.. They submitted their passports as advised.

I just took my second IELTS test because last time i didnt get min requirement for speaking part and this time i am worried about my listening part as I blanked out for a while.

I am wondering do I have to take another test until I pass the min requirement or can i just send two results together for them to demonstrate my language ability?

I think it would be better to submit only one piece of IELTS test results and it should show that you meet the minimum language requirements in each 4 criteria (beat case scenario). If you submit lots of test results and none all of them will fully show that you meet ClB mark, it may confuse the officer and he may reject your application. But this is just a guess. I can't find any information why you CANNOT include more than one test result. You just have to prove that you know the language and convince the officer that you meet this requirement. And also, the visa officer should also realize that taking two tests is expensive and stressful and if you meet the minimum language criteria, and the results are here and there, it should still work out well. The only thing you could probably do to avoid misunderstandings is also include an explanation letter why you are submitting more than one test result, but agaij it's not necessary.

I wish you luck with your listening test! Just hope for the best and if you meet the requirements of all 4 language criteria this time, just send the second test results otherwise send both+ explanation letter (optional). Good luck!
