how to appeal the decision made

According to the checklist, I have to provide them the BC or marriage certificate of my spouse's sister which i did? But i couldn't provide the BC at that time.

Can i provide all the documents with a email or fax. Wil it work now?

Nope, too late, decision is already made.

my friend above link................will help you to count your points for ielts.

write them a very nice letter and explain them. write them very polite letter do not point them that they are wrong. sometimes officer overlook the points. results leave to god.

how to make them agree for reconsideration as the discrepency is there end.(IELTS 8 instead of 10)

Let me know abt canadian language benchmark,is it play any role in presence of IELTS.

Any body know about Canadian language benchmark? Is this play a role in asssesing the IELTS or IELTS score is sufficient.
