Any body know about Canadian language benchmark? Is this play a role in asssesing the IELTS or IELTS score is sufficient.

how to make them agree for reconsideration as the discrepency is there end.(IELTS 8 instead of 10) Let me know abt canadian language benchmark,is it play any role in presence of IELTS.

To PMM, Thanks, I have already provided my spouse birth certificate. What abt IELTS points. VO neighter forward the case to project manager and nor consult to second officer. There is no appeal/appeal time mentioned on letter. waiting for your precious advice.
