How to Appeal - Spousal Sponsorship Visa Refused

Hi,

My Husband had an interview June 3 and we were informed by letter on June 22 that my hubby's Visa has been refused.
Can anyone please assist or direct me where to obtain forms and where to send. The below information is what I found is this correct.

We have a almost 3 year old daughter together. And my daughter and I are both born in Canada.

Good luck - your refusal doesn't make sense to me given the amount of time you've spent living with your husband and the fact you have a three year old daughter. I'm sure you'll succeed through appeal.
