Thank you Eveslm your information was helpful.. I was just confused because I saw somewhere that there should be a signature for a guarantor and also the photographer must write a certified note on the back.

They have to write/stamp your name, date of birth, the date the photo was taken and address of the photo studio on the back of one photo
