Currently it is averaging between 10-15 days..

Yes you can get it. The working hours of NDVO are between 8:30 to 5:00 so you can get the email anywhere between those timings

I have received Email on 15th Jan 2020,

Submitted to VFS 17th Jan 2020
Envelope reached VAC 20th Jan 2020
Envelope in Processing : 21 Jan 2020

Still awaiting for any response, can anyone tell me what is the exact timeline as of now, or shall try to contact Canadian high commission in New Delhi?

My passport got dispatched from Delhi. I submitted it at VFS Banglore on 17 Jan and it reached Delhi on 20th. So its 10 working days for me.

Yes you get 2 copies of COPR with stamped passport one with the photo is for IRCC and other one is for you.

Just got my passport and CPR (COPR) yesterday.
My timeline is as follows
15th January 2020 - PPR email
16th January 2020 - PP submitted to VFS
20th January 2020 - PP reached NDVO
29th January 2020 - ghost update CIC account changed to approved
30th January 2020 - PP dispatched from NDVO
31st January 2020 - I received the PP through courier.

The turn around time for NDVO is atleast 10-15 days from the time you submit your passport to the time you receive the approval.

If you paid the money to have it couriered it to your address then you will receive it in courier if not you will have to go to VFS to pick it up.
