How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

Guys I got another update. The processed envelope was dispatched this morning from IRCC office.
I also received an email from CIC saying the application status has changed.

I received my PPR on Dec 5 and submitted at VFS Chennai on the same day. The passport reached High Commission of Canada on Dec 9 and is still in progress. No updates!! Let me know if you have any update!

What does the passport request letter say? I think whichever city is mentioned on the letter is where it will be stamped. When did u send it?

Same case as yours. Submitted on Dec 9 2019. No updates after that. I have a return flight to Europe on Dec 28, Canada embassy is not even responding. I regret my decision of submitting my passport in India.

Yes I submitted in New Delhi VAC.

Timelines are as follows:

PPR Received: 5 December 2019
Passport Submitted: 9 December 2019
Application Approved: 02 Jan 2020

I sent it on 30/12/2019 thru my agent to VFS Chandigarh.
