A contact number is mentioned on the receipt given by VFS. You can try calling. If you call, let me know what they say.

A couple of people who submitted on 9th-11th Dec have got their visas stamped within the past few days. Keep checking your CIC portal. That is where you will get the first update. I submitted on 9th Dec. Still waiting

Any updates on your CoPR? I too submitted my passport at VFS Mumbai on 9th Dec. The online update still says application is being processed at Canada Visa Office, New Delhi. I guess the High Commission will be closed on 25th and 26th December for Christmas and Boxing day. Cant expect much till...
