Yes I informed IRCC that I have moved to Indiaon March 10th Got acknowledgement on April 17th with another letter stating I need to submit the documents to Canada High Commission in Singapore via the closest VAC

Why Singapore? when you are residing in India now?
Also did you ask the VAC to transmit your passport to Singapore? Coz I dont think they do that.

I was living in Singapore in Dec 2018 when I lodged the online application for Canada Permanent Residency. I moved to India from Mar 2019, I am a citizen of India

VFS in India will only transmit the visa to Canada High Commission in Delhi, I checked with them already.

I raised a CSE to IRCC as well, I received the same letter asking to submit to Canada High Commission via the closest Visa Application Center (VAC).

I was assuming the hand-over happens between Canada High Commission in Delhi and Singapore ? Guess !

I am concerned for I booked the flights for the week after as well, really 1.5 months post submission to VFS and now that is at stake as well !

I have one major concern, my application estimated completion date was May4th. I got the ready for visa mail on 15th April. I did submit my passport in Mumbai VFS on 17th April. Since then I am getting this message when i track my application"has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2019/04/23"

When I logged in my CIC account, I saw this new message on my application- since my Estimated completion date is May 4, 2019
"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete. If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to."

Should I be worried?
If I have got ready for visa mail, does it mean final decision is made and I am getting visa?
Or still the decision is to be made when they stamp the visa and can ask for more information?

Please can someone help clarify these doubts!!!!

There is no chance of rejection after you get PPR email, they only release PPR after all BG checks. Only cause for rejection post PPR mail is by damaged passports.. Also In the PR profile, it follows default status, after 90, message changes, close to 180 days, status change etc. You dont have to worry. Once IRCC DElhi office processes your file, ur PR status will change to Approved.

That was so quick, your stamped passports are on the way towards you. I believe this is normal and expiry date is your medical profile you gave this year..By the way, what is/was your status of the application in IRCC portal, approved? Did you get email or you just checked your profile on your own post VFS msg?

I also submitted my passport at jalandhar vfs on 3rd may....today is monday so i think they worked on it today and i also got the same email

I got the same thing for the tracking update. Mine now says:

Decision envelope has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 2019/05/06 2019/05/06 via courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.

Does this meant that the visa no longer has to go to New Delhi High Commission, and things will be processed at Chandighar only? Also, is my passport on the way already?
