how much minimum balance is required for CEC? For a single person

There are no proof of funds requirements for CEC. You will need about C$2000 to C$2500 to cover application fees and associated expenses (police checks, educational qualification verification, medicals, language tests, photos postage etc.). If you intend to hire an advisor this will add more costs but I have no knowledge of how much.
