Ali.Jibran said:Yeah I tried to ask him do that but in Japan it is not possible. The minimum time it takes is up to 2 weeks. my holidays are finishing in the start of next month so i need to do it in a day or 2 maximum. i can't afford more delays. My question is, Should i just go with my funds and keep my uncle out of it? because clearly he cannot help me at the moment with the statement. And Should I get a letter from him or Do i just do it on my own?
p.s I asked him(uncle) for the money and he said his friend is going to transfer it to my account when ever i ask him.
I personally think you should have it in your account... and then have him write the letter saying that he gave it to you... I had a similar situation, my boyfriend and I transfered 3500 into our joint account a few days before we applied but i wrote a separate letter stating that we did this because i just retrieved my visa for mexico and was finally able to open an account with him.. So anytime you need an explanation definitely add one.
I also had a separate letter from my sister including her notice of assessments for her and her husband from the 2010 indicating their income PLUS their house/property papers. my sister offered to pay for our expenses while in Canada. and we STILL got denied, even with what i would call sufficient ties here in mexico... So you never really know what immigration will be thinking. Just get as much paperwork as you can, if you can't get your uncles paperwork than leave it out if you have no other choice.
Goodluck! !
