Hi Im not EXPERT but I think that in order to her sponsor somebody must be permanent resident first..
Try to ask a lawyer about that!

Your spouse should be included on your PR application as a Live In Caregiver if you are already married. If you got married after you applied for PR but before it was finalized, you MUST add your spouse to the application or you can NEVER sponsor them.
