You don't need three years of NOAs for the super visa. Last year's NOA is fine.

Thanks for your quick reply. The new delhi visa office clearly states that you need 3 years of noa. I m just so frrrrrrrrrrreakinggggggg confused ??? ??? ???

"Proof of the inviter’s ability to provide promised financial support including but not limited to Notice of Assessment (NOA) for the past three tax years, employment letter identifying salary, pay stubs, bank statements, etc."

They don't know what they're talking about. There is no three year NOA requirement for super visas. Only for PR applications.

You are probably reading the checklist for Parents/Grandparents for sponsorship. Yours are applying for an ordinary visa.

"Information on the inviter in Canada

- Letter of invitation from the inviter indicating the purpose and duration of the visit.

- A list showing the number of people in the inviter's household.

- A copy of the inviter's immigration status of citizenship documents.

- Proof of inviter's income and financial situation including but not limited to Notice of Assessments (NOA), employment letters, pay stubs, bank statements.

- If the inviter is a student, a letter of acceptance or good standing from the school."

one recent NOA, employment contract/letter and one recent pay stub are enough for them i think. that's what i did and my mom got approved.
