For immigration purposes? No, you can do it yourself. Does not cost you anything, quite easy to do..

I have used them had no problems I am glad I used them helpful corteous and quick to respond even though our case officer only worked 3 days a week . Save yourself money and use this forum to help you.

I have used them. As people mentioned before you can do it your self if you have a time. I am little bit busy therefore I decided to use them. I think it was wise decision for me because they will triple check your application for accuracy before it will come out to the immigration. They corrected and cought few of my mistakes. Remember any mistakes or inconsistency will delay or raise flag in your application. They will respond to you within day or two after you e-mail them. They are also available by phone. Bottom line you can probably do it yourself but if you like me who wants someone double check everything you can go for it. So far my experience was smooth.
