Yup, why wasting time talking to an "advisor", there's no plan without an ITA. You should only go with the "implied status" only you are sure you will get an ITA next draw.

Thanks Itsmee and Alinedh for your answers. I did have it as YES to ESL (maybe I should've taken some ESL ). Changed it and hoping that the score would be updated in a day or so.

The requirement for CEC includes 1 year of Canadian work experience.

Keep in mind that a small portion of FSW applicants actually have Canadian Degrees, so not only CECs getting a bump.

No they are not. "LMIA exempted" that's only under business trades.
