How long to ship passport after Decision made by NY?

Can anyone please share how long it took for your passports to come back from New York after they changed the status to decision made? It's almost going to be a month and they haven't shipped it yet, I have enclosed UPS return envelope so that I can track. Can anyone please share your experience? seems like Buffalo is faster in sending passports back *sigh* now I wish they didn't transfer my file to NY

after you saw the status changed to "decision made" how long it took you to get the passport back from NY...? I sent my passport from Canada through fedex, last week status to "decision made"...I am waiting for passport back from NY embassy.
