Generally on IELTS over the band of 6.5 should work for immigration. If Quebec is following Federal then you need 7.0 in every section and overall score as 7 as well. Starting 6th Dec, quebec is asking for TEF and IELTS score to identify the proficiency of your language skills. Hope this helps!!

u need study permit but u don't have local fees. I tried in Concordia and it worked well for me

U don't have to pay full fees.. if you are on Workpermit and has CSQ.. you can talk to university to pay local fees :)
