how long takes to get a credential id of PR portal after you're approved for PR?

Looks like this is a major problem right now for IRCC im encountering a ton of people waiting for ECOPR 25+ days now. Multiple groups facebook, websites like this, and chat groups as well as twitter or x same issue with ecopr

Is there a point raising a webform? Has anyone got any response on a webform?
Have called them, emailed as well. No luck getting a satisfactory response. They quote a generic statement to everyone, “Need to wait”.
 
Maybe this is the reason since they got some internal changes happening affecting their services they just didnt announce it.
