how long takes to get a credential id of PR portal after you're approved for PR?

I received virtual landing letters for my dependents but i dont have although i am the principle applicant, anyone knows why? I still reply portal email with all requested information including mine but dont know will they send the portal link or not? What should i do now anybody know please advise,

I got the 1st email on Aug 4, replied some minutes later. Now Aug 18th still waiting for 2nd mail giving credentials. VO Montreal seems to be the boss!
