How long is it taking e-certificate to be available for download these days?

Just wanted to check because the last thread on this subject is from Sep and processing times have seen marked improvement in recent months so I'm curious to know if it also improved e-cert times. A few months ago people reported that their e-certificate took weeks.

That would be an exception. Most of them receive it within 5 days.

Mine was available in 2 hours. Scarborough location.
