processing time 11 months.. Visa office.. the worst one around the globe (that mean Bogota!).... passport requested but has been hold for 2 months already... frustrated.. hoping i get there by december!

my visa office is Philippines...they get my passport 2months ago and still in process dont know whats going on no update yet!

my has been in process since march 26 2010 , i have submitted every documents including medicals and PR fees still my status has not changed and there is no notification from them that indicate that they have recieved my medicals . i am confused .
