How long does WES actually take?

Hello,

My documents were received on 29th of December, the status has been changed to "Evaluation in progress" since the early days of Jan. It says 20 business days and they are almost over.

The question is, does WES usually take more?

Hi just to let you know I sent my Postgraduate Diploma to WES on 22 December. By 29 December they received my documents from Educational body.

I got my completed assessment on 15 January.

Do you think I should send to them and ask why it takes so long? They say that in case of further verification, we may take longer. According to this statement, nobody know what the SLA is!

Mine was done in 7 business days.

As per the WES guidelines 'The standard processing time is 20 business days. If additional research, correspondence or verification is required, the evaluation will take longer.' If my guess is right, the delay could be due to any of the following reasons.

- The holiday season at the beginning of this month could have delayed the process.
- Additional research, correspondence or verification is required

However, since it has already been a month post the status change to Evaluation in progress. I would suggest, you to contact WES (Help Center >> Write to Us). They may let you know the reason for the delay.

I was disappointed though that my second program was not accepted (was not mentioned at all in the report)

Its a mistake on wes part.

Write them an email and they will correct it in your eca report and send you an updated copy free.

Multiple institutions so just over 3 months and 1 week to get the results back :-\ - full timeline in signature...

Do yo confirm that the report has to have a statement on each qualification assessed no matter if it was accepted or not?

Hi,

I've received an email from WES stating that the evaluation will be completed by 13th Feb but another mail received stating it will be completetd by 01st March. I'm confused,

Though they say it takes 7 business days but off late they are taking more than two weeks. I have read so many queries in the forum. I got it done 8 months back and it took around 10 days for me
