HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AOR AFTER RE-SUBMITTING APP?

As many of you know from my previous posts, I am having to re-send my application. Problem is that I am super pressed for time, as my visa expires Nov 14.

Question: How long does it take once you've resubmitted your app to get AOR?

I am hoping that because they've already went through my application, that this time will of faster.

Any of you had any similar experiences?

This will take the same time as any other new application.

Well, considering it took them a month the first time, I am hoping they go through it in 30 days or so.

Process is different. If they're returning due to missing docs, that's when they receive and scan your application. AOR is checking if you qualify. And right now AOR is taking 55 days or more (still on July applicants)

Could I get any hope of getting my AOR by email before Nov 13 if I re-send it like right now?

@immigrantbee, no one in this forum can guarantee that.

But looking at the current trend, it's very likely that you will receive your AOR before Nov 13 if you send it "right now".

Thanks. Please update the September spreadsheet (look at my signature) with your application details. The tracker lets you follow the timeline of many September applicants.

If you are worried about eligibility for the BOWP - apply ASAP, but even if you don't get your AOR, be sure to apply for the BOWP BEFORE your work permit expires. Apply on paper, as the process is slower and will allow more time for your AOR to catch up... Can't promise this will work, but it has worked for some people.

Please check the July Applicants Thread and tracking spreadsheet.
You are not too far off and quite a few people are still waiting for AOR with the same timeline as you. The processing is brutally slow right now :-[ :-[
