I applied on 8th of feb online. Still waiting for visa and classes are going to start on 5th of may.

processing time for study permit from india is 2 weeks right now. So you should contact Visa Office Bangalore from this link immediately. Alternativley, you can mail them at baglr-immigration@international.gc.ca

You should definitely contact CIC because it is way beyond the normal processing time.

Maximum 45 days i think so those applied in feb may receive decision in coming week i also applied in feb

It's because it's average. On an average CIC is taking 2 weeks to process applications. Not necessarily, all applications fall in this average.

There was an update to my application, medical is now marked as passed.

I hope I get the decision soon!! The flight costs are going sky high !

2 weeks (business days) from day they receive application excluding the days when they had to wait for medical or bio-metric.

I applied for a Canadian study visa under SDS on March 22, 2019, and on 25 I received an email from vfs stating that my file has been received by ircc on 25 and is under process. So I was wondering how long will it before I get a decision about my visa. As my college will be starting May 6 onwards.

My classes are also starting from 6 may which college ..... centennial?
