How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

And those who have waited too long, try contacting your local MP. Believe me, they will be able to do something, or at the very least, track the whereabout of your passports.

Also, those applying under skilled worker can probably expect to wait 2 to 3 weeks longer than CEC and PNP guys. We don't have a lot of CPP-Ottawa FSW applicants on this forum, but based on the little data we have, it does look that way.

Congrats, man Your kid is US citizen, so she doesn't need counterfoil pasted on her passport. At least they still send her COPR, right?

They sent COPR for her. Can someone who is US citizen and recently received COPR confirm that passport does not need to be stamped with immigrant visa? One of my friends who immigrated to Canada a couple of years ago told me that his US citizen son got immigrant visa in his passport.

Can someone confirm?

You can email your Province MP . Bur i guess they have started sending PP's back now .I think 1-2 weeks we all would get our passports back.

Checked my Ecas today, saw two addresses: Current home address and mailing address.

Does this mean my passports are on the way? Thanks

I got this after I landed. My home address showed up maybe the next day after I landed, but it only shows my city, province and Canada (similar to what viber30 has), whereas my mailing address is correct. I think your passport really is on the way

Home Address: Just Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Thats it.
Mailing Address: My full USA address, with street, apt, and postal code.

I think having 2 addresses in your Ecas might be a good sign for those of us waiting for the PPs.

Also, do I need to include my work permit when I send my passport to CPP-O?

8-12 weeks if unlucky .


No need to include copy of Work permit.Unless they requested .
