People who are getting PR visas. Whats the validity like on those visas? are they 6 months usually? Please reply!
I did a couple weeks ago since I needed my passport for travelling. They replied immediately, saying I should probably postpone my US consulate appointment as it's still in queue for printing. Two weeks after, and it still is!chatdips said:Did you email them and asked about the delay?
NotAufcx said:Guys, got my COPR in the mail today. I'm Visa exempt since I hold a US passport so the timeline might be shorter since they didn't need to stamp my passport. Took me three weeks from when they asked for the RPRF. I mailed everything the day after that, it got there on a Friday. And there was one holiday that CPP-O was closed. I'd been away since Sunday so its possible it had been in my mailbox since Monday. But, around 3 weeks for me.
(fixed my bad math, its late and i'm happy!)

when you print their PPR email, at the very top your application number will be visible. What I did is I copied their email on Microsoft Word, enlarged the size of the application number so when they open the package it is the first thing that they'll seechatdips said:Is it required to mention the application number on top of the Canada Post Express envelope?
