How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

Can I assume that they did a bad copy and paste job in the email and what they meant to say was that the CoPR is in the mail?

Who received your passports?

I sent it to the other address, not the PO box address, and it was received by CIZA guy

I followed the instruction that I received in the email. Here are the address I sent:

Canada Post:
CPP-Ottawa
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

I sent it to the other address, not the PO box address, and it was received by CIZA guy

I sent my PP to the PO box address via canada post. received by V CIZA as well.

Its the same for me POBox and no response since a month.

I sent to the Other Address, they ask anybody who is using Canada post to send PP to PO box and someone who are using courier like Fedex/ups to other address.
