Hello guys, I sent my passport to Ottawa on March 11, and the tracker got activated today.

I have the exact same time and characteristics as you, but I am still waiting and the tracker is not yet activated.

A friend of mine sent his passport on the 7th of march and got it back yesterday, so it seems these things are unpredictable.

I sent my email to this email address : OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca Btw I sent them an email on Monday and they didn't reply, I sent the same email on friday (I just forwarded the email) and they replied with the PPR. Hope this helps.

Man give it about 2 weeks and you should be done. You shouldn't be depressed at least your file moved, I applied in feb2011 and still no update at all.
