When i complained about my case, I told them what's inside the mail and how crucial it is to be delivered to me at the soonest possible time so that's why they to put my case on high priority and also I was demanding an explanation as what went wrong thus made them open an investigation.Sansglee said:Thanks for your input on my issue... just wondering how do we ask Canada post to start an investigation or so ???
I do not want to stress myself too much as long as there are still updates on my tracking. I told myself I will start to really freak out when my tracking says delivered but it's nowhere in the mailbox.
