Hi! Are you using gmail for your email communication with CPP-O? If so, pls check all the folders, your PPR mail may have gotten to those (not to the inbox). It happens. Hope this helped. Cheers! :)

Just checked our tracker today and it says "in transit" too. And yes it says as well that it is being processed in a Montreal Postal Facility. We do have a rep and it's in Montreal, that's a possible reason why it says it is en route to Montreal postal facility... But i am a bit confused with...

Ours was received by CPP-Ottawa on Oct 15. And based on the average passport returns, I believe ours would be received by our rep on the first wk of Nov. And back into our hands, 2nd week Nov. Just trusting and being positive here. :) (will update you guys when it reached back our rep) :)
