how long do we have to wait for ITA after creating profile?

Lets say i create my profile for express entry today. And lets say my score is 420. The next draw comes a couple of days after I submitted my profile and the cut off is below 420. Will i be considered for ITA within one week of profile creation or is there a min. time period?

There is no minimum required period. I had submitted my profile in the pool one night and got the invitation next morning.

You will get the ITA in the next draw as long as your profile is active at the time of the draw. It usually takes 24 hours for the profile to become active.

Yes this is very important and dont this on 11th hour as confirmation of Job bank registration in EE profile itself takes time; sometime almost a day and few folks in past have missed ITA because they did job bank registration just before the draw was declared.

Yes I submitted my completed EE profile when the April 5th draw took place, I got ITA on the draw after it April 13th/

Hi All,

I applied for the Express Entry profile just yesterday, i.e. 5th September. The pdf message of acceptance confirmation into the pool is dated as of September 06 (don't know why?) . My CRS points (441) are above the cut-off (435) but still haven't received the ITA mail.

It is around 18:30 Canada time and I have not seen anyone receiving mails so late. The latest I have seen is at 2:30 India time which means it is 17:00 Canada time. Has anyone received mails so late after the draw for ITA.

Also, is there a way to question them in case I don't get an ITA in this draw. Because for the next draw I will be loosing 5 points because of age.
