How long after you sent your application did you got your AOR??

Hi all,

I sent my Application under Federal Skilled trades program(FSTP), and CIC got it on April 25th.
So it's been 7 weeks now, but there is no contact or fee charged on credit card.
But some of the people here applied in beginning of May under defferent category (such as FSW or CEC) got AOR already...
I just wonder if there is a defferent time of processing for AOR??
I can't find anybody who applied for Skilled trade here or anywhere...

Do you have the confirmation that the CIC received your application?

You have no option than to wait. They will contact you when time comes.

yeah my application (fstp)had been recieved by cic on 7 may too! and I havent heard feom cic yet !! so let me know if u do.and ill do the same.

Hi.
I would like to ask about our provincial nominee application. I sent our application in CIC last august 20, 2014 thru DHL courrier. We havent received any confirmation yet. Im just worried becuase with our nomination from manitoba we had 7mos delay in receiving it...we did not receive any confirmation or file numberfrom them thru mail or emaill not until our sponsor went to their office and inquire about our application and informed them about the situation. So they gave a copy to our sponsor and gave an amendment to our application deadline.
I would just like to know what should i expect after we pass our documents in CIC? Should i receive email or phone call? Thanks.
