Yes - that will give you a work permit. But a 1 year course is a bad plan if you eventually want to become a PR. By the way, if I study a course in "Ontario College Graduate Certificate" level, which I get the work permit as well? Although most of the courses are 1 year long and give me 1 year duration work permit only
