How is film industry in Canada?

Seem like "find a master degree and get the work permit" is the only way I could immigrate to Canada, right?

By the way, if I study a course in "Ontario College Graduate Certificate" level, which I get the work permit as well? Although most of the courses are 1 year long and give me 1 year duration work permit only

Yes - that will give you a work permit. But a 1 year course is a bad plan if you eventually want to become a PR. Take a two year program at least so that you qualify for a 3 year PGWP and give yourself the highest chance of qualifying for PR.

OK I will try to find a 2 year degree. It is so difficult to find a degree that match to my skills, interests, and enough duration

It sounds like heaven. A lot of TV companies are going to bankruptcy in my living place these years.
