How I organized my application + pictures

FINALLY finished organizing and ready to submit, it feels surreal to be almost done. This is kind of a double check for me, and some help for anyone having trouble organizing their application.

Application for Outland via Common - Law.

ENVELOPE 1 - SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

Page detailing contents
1. Barcode Page
2. Document Checklist - Sponsor
3. SIGNED IMM 1344
4. SIGNED IMM 5481
5. SIGNED IMM 5540
6. Copy of receipt of payment
7. CERTIFIED photocopy of birth certificate
8. CERTIFIED copy of passport
9. Option C print out

ENVELOPE 2 - IMMIGRATION FORMS

b) Letters

1. Relationship Timeline
2. Statutory, Notarized declarations of common-law and genuine relationship signed by notary republic written by:
- Sponsor's mother
- Sponsor's father
- Applicant's grandmother
- Applicant's father
Non notarized letters written by:
- Sponsor's closest friend

c) Communication

1. All available communication information. Just a few pages taken from each month from 2011 to 2015, so as not to have 4 pounds of chats

d) Other Documents

1. Original bank statements from both applicant and sponsor showing habitation at same address for at least a year
2. Copy of holiday cards sent to applicant in Canada addressed to both applicant and sponsor
3. Copy of sponsor's paystubs from summer job showing consistent summer employment
4. Copy of all flight tickets showing visitation from applicant to sponsor and vice versa
5. Copy of hotel payments

When you fill out your paperwork, there will be 1 document each (1 from your sponsor's paperwork and 1 from you, the applicant's paperwork)

From the sponsor's it will be form IMM 1344E, from the applicant's it will be form IMM 0008E.

At the top of those pages there is blue button that says "Validate". Once you finish filling it out, you press that button and it generates barcodes for you, which you print out.

Certify means that the copy you have was "Certified" by an official notary/lawyer. Basically it states that the copy is a true copy of the original document.

How did you get a pic to attach? I've tried so many times in the past and can't get it to succeed.

I just inserted with an imgur image file, couldn't work the attachment option for the forums either.

Thanks! Yeah, some of the options available in this forum appear to be there only for fancy decoration!

then get the image URL by right clicking >> http://i.imgur.com/Wt8GbaV.png

then use [lMG] http://i.imgur.com/Wt8GbaV.png [/lMG] coding to get photos inserted

This works in MOST forums, I believe
