How I organized my application + pictures

Is it okay to use cat envelope with string in submitting forms and required documents in application for permanent residence in Canada?Thanks in advance!

FINALLY finished organizing and ready to submit, it feels surreal to be almost done. This is kind of a double check for me, and some help for anyone having trouble organizing their application.

Application for Outland via Common - Law.

ENVELOPE 1 - SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

2. Statutory, Notarized declarations of common-law and genuine relationship signed by notary republic written by:
- Sponsor's mother
- Sponsor's father
- Applicant's grandmother
- Applicant's father
Non notarized letters written by:
- Sponsor's closest friend

c) Communication

1. All available communication information. Just a few pages taken from each month from 2011 to 2015, so as not to have 4 pounds of chats

d) Other Documents

1. Original bank statements from both applicant and sponsor showing habitation at same address for at least a year
2. Copy of holiday cards sent to applicant in Canada addressed to both applicant and sponsor
3. Copy of sponsor's paystubs from summer job showing consistent summer employment
4. Copy of all flight tickets showing visitation from applicant to sponsor and vice versa
5. Copy of hotel payments

it says maximum 20 photos how did you put 48 photos?

Regarding your application package on the Canada Immigration website it states;
The order of documents should be as follows:

• checklist;
• open work permit application (and supporting documents), if applicable;
• any barcode pages;
• supporting documents, in the order they’re listed on the checklist.

So you would put checklist on top, followed by all barcodes and then each completed form and supporting documents (photos, proof of continuous contact, etc. The way you have organized does not seem to be following the way Immigration Canada is asking for. So now I am confused which way is right.
