Did you live with your husband before he got his papers (assuming you mean his PR application approval/COPR)?My husband didn't have his papers back then,that's why. But thanks for the information.
If you two lived together for 1 year or more, he should have included you as a common law partner in his PR application. Which then means that you are forever excluded from being sponsored by him via family sponsorship. Doesn't matter if you were common law back then and changed to married.
If you two did not live together but have 2 kids and got married right before you got deported, you will have a lot of explaining to do to show your marriage isn't for immigration purpose only.
