How do you add rows in IMM 5669 PDF?

and it clearly shows you can validate and add rows.

I don't have those options available in mine.

How do I do this?

You can't add rows in it. In past there was an option, but not now. So, If you need more space, attach a separate document mentioning your name, form name and question number as the title of the document.
