Thank you.
If i let CRA know that i left canada will i loswerden my permanent resident status my PR card??????
No. But you need to meet RO to remain as a PR. That's regardless if you inform CRA or not. To renew your PR card (that's NOT related DIRECTLY to your PR status), you need to be inside Canada and also meet your RO. You need a valid PR card to travel BACK to Canada if you are outside.

Permanent resident status determination - Canada.ca
Pursuant to subsection A28(2), a permanent resident complies with the residency obligation provisions with respect to a 5-year period if, for at least 730 days in that 5-year period, the permanent resident is
  • physically present in Canada

Hi,

To inform the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) that you’ve left Canada, you’ll need to notify them of your departure by completing and submitting a "Change of Address" form or a "Departure" form, which can be done online, by mail, or over the phone. If your CRA account login is outdated, you can contact CRA directly by phone at 1-800-959-8281 to explain your situation and request assistance with updating your information.

In your case, if you no longer have access to your login details or phone number, it’s best to contact CRA directly to verify your identity and ask about alternative ways to submit your information. They may ask you to mail a letter with the details of your departure, or they may provide a specific form for this situation.

You can find the form and CRA's mailing address on their official website or by calling CRA customer service. Make sure to inform them of your new address and any changes to your contact information, as failing to do so could impact your tax filings or future correspondence.

Good luck, and I hope you can resolve this smoothly!
