I am in visitor and I have past 12 month work permit in Canada..Again, you need a job offer from an employer in Canada and that employer needs to get an approved LMIA. Then you will qualify for a work permit.
All the policy does is allow visitors to apply for work permits from within Canada (rather than having to apply from outside of Canada). A job offer and approved LMIA is still needed.
So you'll need to find an employer if you want to try to qualify for a work permit.
Now,I am nominated by province with work permit support letter..
I applied work permit on September 22 for new temporary policy...
My question is...I have already written authorization web form to work while processing my application but still no reply...
Processing time mention in website 30 business days...
6 October they asking additional documents and I already submitted...
Why too much delay..
