How can pay visa fee in EE system online. I have uploaded all documents now what should i do?

Furthermore i am submitting without without PR fee as well as medical am i right?

You need to complete your medicals before submitting your application.

Once you are done uploading everything, you will be redirected to the payment page. You can pay via credit card (visa, mastercard, amex, jcb) or a debit card (issued by Canadian bank or a Visa debit card).

You can submit it without RPRF fee. You just need to pay application fee at that time.
