Here are some ideas for you:
1. Find an employer who wants to hire you
1a. the employer gets a labour market opinion for you and you can apply for a work permit
OR
1b. the employer gives you a job offer and you use it to apply for permanent residency directly, either by the employer sponsoring you through a Provincial nominee program or you yourself applying through the skilled worker program.
2. Find a college and apply to it, then apply for a study permit, after 6 months apply for an off-campus work permit, after graduation apply for a post-grad work permit. With the post-grad work permit find an employer and start working. Once you have enough hours:
2a. see about applying through a provincial nominee program
2b. see about applying through Canadian experience class (you would need either 2 years studies and 1 skilled work or if you don't have 2 years studies, then you need just 2 years work).
