Am in the USA and have been here since 2012 on a work Permit which expired some months ago and am looking to see if actually qualify for the express entry or any pool of entry that me and my spouse fit in.I work as a Frac Fuel Technician and my spouse will be finishing her MBA in Health care management from Virginia international University next month....i want to know if me and my wife can put in an application and qualify..
