How can I demonstrate my proof of relationship?

If they are providing free accommodation I would include a letter indicating that they will provide free accommodation especially if they own their home. It sounds like you may be very young. If you don’t have much savings a Canadian family member (usually parents) can also provide proof they have sufficient savings to support both of you until you graduate and start working.
I just turned 24. I think I should be including such letter that my parents will be providing accommodation for both of us.Thank you

Letters traditionally do have signatures, yes.
Why we do not live together

(Sponsor) and (Applicant) do not live together because of certain circumstances. Applicant has a work in Japan as she is a Kindergarten teacher, and she couldn’t leave the job easily. Currently, Sponsor is still finishing his course (Pratical Nursing) and will be graduating in 2023 December. Apart from that, Applicant is a citizen of Japan and Sponsor is a citizen of Canada, We cannot live to each other’s country as we don’t have legal status. We can only visit each other’s country as tourist. In order for us to be together we have to go through legal processing of immigration. We decided to pick Canada to establish a life here and build a family. We finally came to our senses to reunite as it is hard to be apart from each other.

Is this a good reason why we don’t live together?

Photos with lots of relatives and friends in it. Basically a social proof of your marriage.

BTW, the following is also accepted, but most people forget about it. Basically ANYTHING that proves, congratulates or shows that you were in a relationship.

- Social media postings, if you posting your relationship on any social media platform
- Text and emails from friends or family congratulating you
- Handwritten letters or printed letters, no need for official signatures
- Wedding invitations
- If you have leased out any venue/hall with the wedding date
- Photos of course (like others stated above)

We didn’t do anything crazy for the wedding. It’s just civil wedding and her parents family members are there. Unfortunately my parents did not attend because they couldn’t get a time off from work. We have it also on social media and photos of our wedding with the judge and family.

That should be more than enough. I don’t think they are judging your relationship based on the amount of money you plonked on ‘events’. If your parents are providing a letter of support, they can mention how they were unable to attend the wedding due to unavoidable circumstances.(along with the fact you will be staying at their residence)

from what you have said so far it seems like they are unlikely to have much doubt about the true intent of your relationship.

wherever you feel you don’t fulfil the criteria, feel free to mention it In a LOR. we lost our wedding album and half held a simple private ceremony so whatever photos we have of that day are what we shared on social media, we just used that and attached an LOR.

Thats fine, so sumbit any documents, letters, social media postings you have with at least 20x photos (do not send in more then 20) and you should be good
