Nikdel, thats not a bad list.
I used rentseeker.ca/Ottawa.aspx,
it was really useful for me, the site has a great search for narrowing down places.

The place is actually an apartment rental place all across Canada, but I have noticed that a lot of the smaller cities are still empty.
The site works best for the bigger cities.
