Without being able to legally work in Canada it will be almost impossible to find an employer willing to hire you and to get a WP.
Just to add that there a lot of fake hotel job offers where people set up fake hotel websites . Given COVID the hospitality business is unlikely to be hiring in Canada let alone outside of the country.
Fake hotel websites are pretty easy to spot given often they have an address where there is no hotel or picture galleries with pictures of sea views 1000km from the sea or pools with palm trees in a winter artic climate.
