i am a nigerian based businessman and a record label music producer, i will be getting marriad by dec this year. But my wife want us to spend our hornymoon in toronto canada, she is so love with the city. Ever since she saw a clip of the city in a documentary. Please are we eligeble to apply from nigeria. If yes, how do i apply and what are the rdquirements.

On March 11, 2010, CIC amended the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations to clarify the factors used to determine which travel documents can be used to apply for a visa, and to travel to or enter Canada.
