Simply put; you are going to let one of those processes go.

I strongly advise against leaving Canada for anything at all, what is requested from you can be obtained over the phone, you will need to get the mailed certificates translated into English and notarized, then forward it to immigration. I am sure you are looking forward to go home for holidays...

I also don't recommend any facts withheld or any falsification made on the application, I know people caught on it, CIC simply asked their lawyers to re-submit with corrections, that shouldn't mean they are always this nice to everyone who commits the same.
