It's good to hv more frequent draws to bring the scores down, hence good to th one today

number of ITAs issued -- 1361

CRS score -- 755 points

What I think is CIC do not want to low the score as you see they do not have any constant number of ITAs each time. Sometime it is very less i.e., in 700 or 800. Even if there will be a draw if they will not increase no of ITA, then I doubt score will come down in near future.

high scores are just because of LMIA backed offer letters....this draw will surely bring down scores....as in a week, number of LMIA backed applicants donot increase too much....so scores will automatically come down...lets hope for good today

There is no guaranteed draw tonight.

CIC can wait another month and let more people with LMIA and PNP (especially now NS and NB joins the party) enters before they draw. That's why they'd do if CIC decides they don't want anyone without LMIA or PNP

If the scores do not go down to where the majority of pool members are, then the new EE system would seem to be targeting non-PR non-Canadians already in Canada, and effectively cutting down on the number of immigrants coming from abroad. It would also make sense judging from the fact that they didn't specify any NOCs at all this year.

There are about 770,000 non-permanent residents in Canada. If you are abroad, forget the EE. Probably all of the NPRs will have more chances than people out of Canada. They will be invited firstly.

First of all, I think it is easier to arrange a LMIA working in Canada and it will give you 600 points.

Secondly , People who have canadian work experience have more points in CRS, so it will keep the score above 450, probably until all these NPR people get a invitation.

Just imagine 10% of NPR people getting an LMIA this year (77,000).

For people abroad the only way is getting a PNP.

Just to let you know I am with valid Ontario LMIA and job offer with score of 950 (76 FSWP points) in the pool since April 22 and I did not get the ITA on 9th draw. I have a friend also in the pool for 30 days already with the score of 950 with Manitoba PNP who did not get the ITA on 9th draw either.
