We received your application for permanent residence on November 26, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 11, 2015.
We started processing your application on March 2, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you medical instructions on August 20, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Except the medical request, I have the same lines as yours, just thinking maybe the AOR2 line shows up it may mean it's close to DM or at least interview waived, for the recent cases (not many, just about 4.5 people)of DM I've seen, they all have the AOR2 line on ECAS. Just for future references, I may be wrong though, it's something interesting, maybe from everyone's experiences we can analyze how HKVO works.

The average days from application received to DM in HKVO is 298 days and 68 days from IP to DM according to our spreadsheet.

PNP's timeline is different than family class sponsorship but I'd suggest you to order notes, that will give you a better idea of what stage you are at, hope this helps, cheers!

p.s. you may confirm HKVO has received your medical exam and new address on the notes they just hasn't updated on the ecas, this will ease your mind.

It is great that you got the DM. Big Congrats from us. I should order my notes, could you clarify for me how I go about doing that. Thanks.

Is there a link for ordering notes? Please advise.

Thank you. :D
